1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and imbajp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://imbajp.asia and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on imbajp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
• You are a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, nor have you been previously suspended or permanently banned from imbajp.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and current.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Account registration requires the provision of accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must set a secure, unique password for your Account and keep it confidential at all times.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, imbajp reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any funds or bonuses therein.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, all Users are required to complete the KYC verification process. This requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad or passport are accepted.
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank account statement).
• Proof of residential address, if requested by our compliance team.

KYC documents are typically reviewed and approved within 30 minutes during business hours. imbajp may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

imbajp accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). All deposits are credited to your Account in real time subject to payment processor confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods that are verified as belonging to the Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Processing times are as follows:

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or placed on hold where KYC verification is incomplete, where applicable wagering requirements have not been met, or where our compliance team has flagged the account for review. imbajp reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency & Fees

All fiat transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). imbajp does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, over which imbajp has no control. For cryptocurrency transactions, standard network fees apply and are borne by the User.

imbajp offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds are withdrawable upon fulfilment of the stated wagering requirement.
• imbajp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Account, household, IP address, or payment method, unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus promotions — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies or coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture upon expiry.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are displayed within the game interface or betting module. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that game or market.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. imbajp does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a manifest technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game round or bet settlement, imbajp reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Odds displayed on sports markets are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• Live in-play bets are subject to additional rules and may be suspended or voided where data feed interruptions or other technical issues compromise the integrity of the market.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the imbajp Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registration by individuals under 21 years of age or who are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creation of more than one Account per individual (including use of different names, identities, or payment methods).
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a confirmed technical error will be voided.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures or guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing imbajp staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, imbajp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors beyond imbajp's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.

imbajp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the imbajp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, and the overall design — is the proprietary property of imbajp or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from imbajp.

11. Privacy & Data

imbajp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

We implement industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and real-time fraud detection — to protect your data and Account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

12. Amendments to These Terms

imbajp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which imbajp is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable regulatory jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the rights available to Users under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.
